| Well to Wire Energy Inc. provides a revolutionary new Distributed Power Generation System based on the patented, Coates Spherical Rotary Valve (CSRV) reciprocating internal combustion engine.
The system was originally developed for use in the Canadian oil and gas business, and has been designed to burn high concentrations of non-spec sour (H2S) and acidic (CO2) gases, including natural gas from stranded gas wells, coal bed methane, propane, and is equally effective operating with digester, landfill, and agricultural waste gases.
Our system comes complete with the CSRV Engine, 300 kW generator, gas delivery system, transformation, switchgear, and remote monitoring, mounted on a heavy duty, modular, weatherproof skid. Diesel model will be available in the summer of 2003.
Explanation The simplicity of our Power Generation System is that the CSRV engine runs without oil in the top end, thereby reducing emissions, as well as combining a reduction in fuel consumption with an increase in horsepower, while operating with a fuel line pressure of 7 ounces. It is also designed to burn waste gas without prior scrubbing or additional compression expenses. It achieves a high operating efficiency, with a compression ratio of approximately 18 to 1. |
